REGULAR PROCESS; $110.00

Includes skinning, washing, de-bone, steaks, chops and grind, vacuumed sealed, and labeled (Beef can be added at market cost – contact us for details).

FRESH SAUSAGE;

Breakfast, Italian, polish, brats, or hell. $2.00 lb, Bulk $3.00 cased, $3.50 with cheese. All sausage require pork which will be added based on market cost (contact us for details).

JERKY;

$7,00 lb wet weight – original and teriyaki flavors (will lose about 60% of weight when finished)

HUNTERS STICK;

$6.00 lb wet weight in Hot, Hell, or teriyaki flavors (will lose about 40% weight when finished)

SALAMI:

$15.00 each. Flavors include Regular, Cheddar, Hot, and Hell.
